The report after each visit
Before and after photos, what was cleaned, the method and products, and anything that needs repair or watching: sun rot on a leading edge, moth activity under a sofa, a lining starting to fail. It comes the same day, and the history stays with the property even when staff change.

Drapes and rugs refreshed before the family arrives, and cleaned before the house closes so soil and humidity don't set in over the summer. Timed with your home-watch company or house staff.

For designers
You chose the fabric; we'll keep it looking the way you installed it. We can clean before a photo shoot or a reveal, advise clients on care for silk, linen and velvet, and send you the report so you know what was done to your work.
When water gets in
A leak can stain drapes and bleed rug dyes within a day. Our sister restoration teams answer around the clock in Orlando and Knoxville, and we get wet rugs and textiles out of harm's way first.
